The 14-Day AI Challenge
A mini personal-to-professional adventure to help you explore how AI can support your real life—and your work—without the tech overwhelm.
What It Is:
A two-week guided series delivered straight to your inbox (via Substack) with one small prompt each day.
🧠 Week 1: Use AI to make life easier (think: meal plans, writing help, mental clutter clearing)
💼 Week 2: Use AI to plan your goals, set OKRs, and communicate with clarity
Each day takes just 5–10 minutes and is designed to build confidence, not dependency. No tech jargon. No AI hype. Just helpful, human-centered tools you can actually use.
